I tried to exchange my bag it took way longer than it should have. Their emails were super slow, and I had to keep chasing them just to figure out what was happening. The instructions weren’t very clear either, so it felt like the whole thing was on me to sort out. For what they charge, I expected the process to be way smoother. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I only used this bag a few times and the handle already feels loose and shaky. For the price, I expected much better. It makes the whole bag feel kind of cheap, which is disappointing. Save your time and look for something sturdier

The second I started packing I was like, nope. I could barely fit my clothes in it, which got super frustrating fast. Definitely not something I’d want to deal with on trips.

Mine rolls a little unevenly, which makes it kind of annoying to use. Maybe they're all like this, but based on the one I got, I wouldn't expect a perfectly smooth roll.

Returning the bag itself was totally fine, no real issues there. But the refund? Why did it have to take so long to show up? I kept checking my account over and over, that got annoying quickly.

I bought the July suitcase because I really thought it was going to make traveling a bit easier and more convenient, but the first thing I noticed was how heavy it felt before I had even put anything inside it. Once I started packing clothes, shoes, and the usual travel stuff, I was already worrying about hitting airline weight limits, which is exactly the kind of stress I was hoping to avoid. It looks nice and seems well made, but for normal trips where I’m trying to pack efficiently and not overthink every pound, it just doesn’t feel practical for me. Personally, I don’t think it was worth it.

"Color Was Nothing Like Promised"
I ordered this bag because the photos made it look like a soft beige, which was exactly what I wanted. But when it arrived, it was more of a yellow/grey color and not even close to what was shown online. I understand colors can look a little different on screens, but this felt like a broken promise from the listing. If I’d known it would look like this in person, I never would’ve bought it. Really disappointing

"Frustrating support experience"
I had a problem with my order, the way July handled it was disappointing. The replies took ages and felt like generic copy-paste responses. I kept having to explain the same issue over and over, and still didn’t get a proper fix. For what they charge, I really expected better customer support. Give me a break. I wouldn’t buy from july.com again.

I tried it out the design felt cluttered and kind of outdated to me. Maybe it’s just this one experience, but when something looks this busy, I usually assume the overall user experience might not be super polished either.

That was really frustrating since the whole reason I ordered it was for compliance. I grabbed a July carry-on after seeing their ads everywhere, it does look slick. The wheels are super smooth too, so rolling it around is no hassle at all. That said, for the price, I kinda expected it to feel a bit more sturdy. The shell got scuffed up fast, and the inside is decent, but nothing that made me go wow. It’s not a bad bag by any means, but I’m not totally convinced it’s the best bang for your buck. I’d probably say wait for a sale if you’re thinking about getting one.

After just a few trips, I noticed the corners were already scuffed up, which I kind of expected once I saw how it handled being tossed around. That said, the wheels are still rolling fine, and that’s usually the first thing I assume will give out, so it’s not all bad.

I ordered this assuming it would show up quickly, since that’s usually how these orders tend to go for me, but the shipping was really slow. The tracking updates barely changed, so I just kept figuring it was stuck somewhere. Ended up waiting way longer than I thought I would. not the best experience...

I tried to return my order it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the steps weren’t clear, and every time I asked a question I seemed to get a different answer from someone else. I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on. For what should’ve been a simple return, it dragged on forever. Really annoying experience.

"Disappointing After Just a Couple Trips"
I really wanted this to be one of those reliable little travel items you don’t have to think about, but the zipper jammed after only two trips. It’s frustrating because when you’re traveling, small things like that can make a bigger difference than you expect. It reminded me how important sturdy details are, even on something that seems simple.

I ordered back in July, the tracking was pretty much useless for me. It just said the label was created, and then nothing changed for days. I kept checking because I wanted to know what was happening with my order, but every time I refreshed it was the same thing.
Once I’ve already paid, I expect to at least be able to see where my stuff is or whether it’s even on the way. Not knowing if my order was moving or lost was really frustrating. I personally wouldn’t order again unless they fix the tracking situation.

"Looks fine, but something feels off"
The bag looks okay overall, but something feels off when I actually wear it. The straps dig into my shoulders quickly, so it’s not very comfortable for longer walks. I wanted to like it more, but it just doesn’t feel great after a while
